Stages of our work

After going through all the stages, you will become the owner of comfort and, most importantly, atmospheric renovation, which will delight you every day!

Stage 1. Acquaintance and consultation
Buying a dream apartment or a new renovation in an already beloved house is a happy event for all our clients. We start with an individual meeting-acquaintance and a full consultation. We will hear your wishes, find out about the budget and outline plans. Find out what you like about the interior and what you don't like. Let's understand what your dream house should be like. How much are you willing to spend on it, and when you want to have a glass of champagne for a completed renovation. We will have time to pleasantly surprise you.
Stage 2. Budget and contract
Miracles happen at this stage. We clearly prescribe the full cost of repairs, deadlines and sign a contract. You can make a payment in stages, but its amount is clearly fixed at this very moment. From now on, we are yours, and your home is in our experienced hands. If you need a design project, then we offer the best designers and create a picture of your dreams.
Stage 3. Design project and renovation
Congratulations, the renovation has begun. By designing everything within budget, we guarantee that there are no surprises. We will select materials in accordance with the cost approved in the contract. We will make a beautiful, functional, unique and beloved home.

By sending photo reports and offering online video surveillance, we can save your time. You can relax in Bali while we create the personalized home of your dreams. Our team is carrying out repairs so that you do not feel anxiety. A worthy experience at the age of 14 helps us in this.
Stage 4. You are at home!
Home is the main place of any client. It is a place of rest and a place of power. At this stage, you can evaluate the work done on time and check the quality. Our passion for excellence will only complete a project when you're happy.
